Redheads in Rome...

We have arrived in Rome!!! First port of call...cocktails with the locals just a short stroll from the hotel. While in the most beautiful surroundings with vine laden buildings and the nearby piazza filled to the brim with locals from all walks of life we enjoyed strawberry daiquiris as we watched the world pass by...we could get used to this!! Strolling through the narrow cobblestone streets we run into Marco, an authentic Italian local who was very excited to get a photo with us. Onto dinner we head...we stumbled across an amazing little bar in one of the quieter back streets...5 euro for a glass of wine with a buffet selection of tapas...winning! Off to the Trevi fountain tonight and many more sights tomorrow...more photos to come, stay tuned!
